DAYS OF OUR LIVES has youngest audience in daytime
Steve Sternberg, the executive vice president for audience analysis at Magna, found that the audiences for NBC, ABC and CBS during the daytime had all grown progressively older over the past five seasons. On NBC, the average age went to 49 from 43; on ABC, to 53 from 49; on CBS, to 59 from 56.
DAYS OF OUR LIVES has the youngest average audience (49) and the CBS game show THE PRICE IS RIGHT has the oldest average audience (64).
